Torsten Oltmanns (born 6 October 1964) is a German author, economist and journalist who has written several books on marketing and change management. He is currently a partner and Global Marketing Director at the management consulting firm Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

Torsten Oltmanns studied Economics at the University of Cologne (Germany). He underwent training as a journalist on economics and politics.
